I designed the social media presence for Kubimmo, an independent real estate network in France. I built a visual identity that mirrors the team: warm, direct, and grounded in the daily reality of real estate.

Context

The art direction is built around a coral and off-white palette, clean geometric layouts and a typographic voice that balances professionalism with approachability. Every post carries the same tone the team brings to every appointment — clear, calm, and genuinely helpful.

Direction

I built an editorial system that alternates between team content, property showcases and market figures. The result is a feed that humanizes the agency without softening its expertise. People first, numbers when they matter.

Results

Property posts follow a consistent format: strong visual, essential data, coral accent, no noise. The format scales across sale, rental and management mandates. It works because it never competes with the listing itself.
